Did anyone see the season premiere of Gossip Girl last night? The fashion was EXTRA fierce and the fact that was all in Paris was beyond. It makes me miss Paris so much! Enjoy the pics above I can't wait for the next few episodes in Paris. C'est Magnifique!

Nate Berkus

So today was the premiere of the Nate Berkus Show and I have to admit I was a teensy bit underwhelmed but I won't hold it against him since it's his first show and you just never know how those things will go! Either way, I do really like his style which prompted me to head over to HSN to check out his collection. Here are a few of my favorite things, but my only gripe is that I wish there was more product! The sheets I love, the color and design is spot on. I need this gold pouf in my living room ASAP and why not get the lamp to match? Happy Monday! What season premiere shows are you watching tonight/today?

Sometimes your the windshield; Sometimes your the bug

Yesterday I was the bug (I encourage you all to boycott ALDO shoe-stores - specifically the Chicago State Street location [did I just say that? Ooopsie! :)] But thankfully today I was the windshield! Going in to the weekend with a smile on my face! Happy weekend lovelies!

Fall Trends

I adore the idea of gorgeous high knee socks and leggings for fall peaking out under a pair of boots. Unfortunately, you have to have twig legs which unfortunately i don't. But it's pretty to look at! Love the look from Gossip Girl. Love this look under suede boots. And a chic look from a chic blog.

Country Chic

Hello all! Sorry for the lapse in posts I was away on a family vacation in Tennessee with no access to internet! I always find country chic photos and styles like this absolutely beautiful but completely unrealistic. Real "country" people do not dress like this nor do they even close to being chic; think more Wal-Mart and shopping mall couture. However, one can dream of dressing like this in a rural environment without looking like a fish out of water! Perhaps things like this are better lent for photo editorials rather than everyday life. Nonetheless the trip brought out my longing for hunter boots and plaid and horseback riding and apple cider. Now if only the weather would follow suite! Photos courtesy of Slices of Beauty.
