What a Rad Dad

So I came across this awesome blog called Jim's Pancakes which centers around dad Jim, who makes extremely intricate and artistic pancakes for his extremely adorable daughter. Check out his website for all his magical creations. I am amazed by his technical ability with batter! So cool, especially the 3D ones! Way to go Jim your officially one of the coolest Dads ever (aside from my Dad of course ;) Happy Wednesday. Sorry if the posts are sparse lately I have been tirelessly working on grad applications. Sunday Yumday

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend! The party was a huge, huge success. I cannot wait to post pictures. The party lasted in to wee hours of the morning so I had did not have the energy to cook something sinful this morning so a breakfast burrito from the cafe next door had to suffice. Since Sundays mean no diet and yumminess, these red velvet pancakes would have done the trick. Maybe next Sunday. Enjoy and have a relaxing day!
